If someone didn’t do something quickly, these kids were going to blow it like the lottery winners who are broke a year after they win.I began to teach them about passive income and investing in real estate.

The 2 youngest are boys and would like to teach them the building process.

Practiced teachings or tips in a quick buck fashion, will earn you money now, but in the long haul, won't earn you nearly the same as if you practiced it correctly in the first place.

I work for Caliber Real Estate out of Bellevue, they were built on flipping houses and teaching others to do the same.

This explains MAKE and other intense programming schools that teach already gifted engineers (ex MIT grads) the latest coding languages and techniques.  

So I would like to teach him as well, how to be a successful real estate investor.
