But a site SEO'ed for PPC and suitable for branding is within just about everyone's reach.

As for the field on a quickclaim stating the "sale amount" obviously we aren't looking at this like investor A is selling to investor B....but rather a more suitable setup and restructure....so how would you treat the "sale field amount" if you were transferring to new LLC's between you and your spouse/partner?  

I've already done some research on duplexes in my area and found some suitable ones in my area, and am thinking about backing out and going for a duplex. 

I may also get involved in buying some lots suitable for building, if I can get them very inexpensively, as there is not now, nor do I expect there to soon be much building going on around here for a while, until the foreclosure market gets bought up more.
