Unless you have short term rentals where I imagine the volume would be higher, you should be able to keep your own books.

What is the fastes legal action to take in NJ to get access to the rental house? 

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I am interested in establishing a Short-Term Rental (STR) in Oceanside and noticed on the City website that STRs are permitted only in the Coastal area.

It's not rural, as there are surrounding cities and the area is in need of rental properties.

Own a few rentals and hoping to be on my way to financial independence soon
