well After the Signing I called my dad and told him to meet us up at the new place and bring a slag hammer and a crowbar... we went to work and in 2 months time we remodeled the entire kitchen,we had to remodel the closest in both rooms we did tile on the floor, paint inside and out, and new appliances.

The ADW I remodeled on my property is nearly complete, and I am already getting enquiries for 1-year rentals, while my initial thought was to furnish and manage on AirBnB (I was prepared to put in the work).Now, seeing that the market for a "tiny" house like the one I built is probably $100-150 a night in the touristy area where I live, would you rather... take $1200-1500 long term rent, or go the short term route?

In general I believe it depends on *your* specific objectives and precise metrics: ROI/ yield, cash on hand, timeline, your time investment, skills you could leverage/ take advantage of (your strengths/ level of experience / skills to add value at each step e.g, hands-on remodeling vs. hiring a team), etc.
