@Alden Zuck I have seen a lot of these programs this one does not sound very different to me, you can learn most aspects of wholesaling online for free and save the $5,000 to put towards marketing. 

I'm also in the process of getting my real estate licenses online. so I kinda have and idea of what I want just need some help getting there. 

I am analytical person by nature and from what I have heard on their podcast - land investing is numbers game.

@Mark Ainley If its under 6ft and not masonry anyone with a GC license can pull an easy permit online (assuming the property is not owner-occupied, otherwise the owner can do so).

@David S.The best way to is to constantly network with brokers and search through listings online. 

Of course some months are easier than others but it’s all part of the game.

If someone converted something without getting the proper permits that's a different game than an old duplex sitting in an old neighborhood.

I know many sell Purchase Agreements online as well.

That makes sense when one is still early in the game or mid stream, but why do that when you don’t need to and want to see others succeed behind you?
