I got that from going on foreclosures.com and looking up the community informationFor most of the towns around here it was around 13-14% vacancy so I just madei t 15 to go on the safe side when doing the numbers...I dunno tho i'd have to check with some realtors around here though to get better numbersAnyway, I'll try to find the tax office around here...thanks!

We called the town office and the seller paid $36 for it 8 years ago in a desperate estate deal (owner died unexpectadly, left wife with 18 properties she dumped in a hurry) The neighborhood is quaint, near a public school, decent.In order to pad the bank account for our down payment/closing, I decided to borrow $3500 from a low interest credit card.

thanx for the comments, well I met someone called Emanuel who is in charge of supplying my mentor with the properties, houses, my mentor and Emanuel said that one cannot be lazy in this business, that you can make it if you have what it takes to be as hungry.I spoke to him through the day because after we finished checking the house Alfredo (my teacher) was remodeling we went to see another house that Alfredo's brother had finished, but he was having problems with the RE agent because he hadn't sold it yet, why?
