There are multiple ways in order to offer a seller financed deal enticing terms to get them to back off the rate.What if the financer is not the owner, How do you make the deal enticing for a non traditional lender in order to drop their rate.

If those are single-zone I would say the quote is high. 

I've had it listed for months with one showing and one offer of $380,000.  

I would like to focus on the middle income bracket, since I believe that in Trinidad we do not have enough high quality offerings for young people/couples and middle income families in progressive neighborhoods.
