Is facing reality head-on PC, no it is not, we are supposed to lock arms and lie in mass how all are equal and nothing will be different as we all speak internally and in our small circles of the truths.

Canada isn't immune to mass-shootings, but it is far less common.

Definitely mass exodus out of the city but seems very speculative.

I'm not a lawyer, but my bet is that either of those lines of defense would work.BTW, as a matter of law (again, in Mass, but I'd bet it's nationwide) all terms of the P&S are considered settled at closing.
