Let say you have a unit worth $100,000 and you sot the tenant gone for $2000, you just got a incredible deal you bought real estate in the value of $100,000 for $2,000….Also, the mentality here in upstate is that if a tenant stays a little behind the rent, they are no longer interested to catch it up.

When I say great I mean good health for you and your loved ones, we all stay mentally strong to overcome the new normal they laid on us, to complete your 2021 tasks and goals ahead of time, to break barriers, I mean a lot of good to you all!

Good relations for giving them the win is more valuable than having to find a new tenant with the "grass is greener" mentality. 

My mentality now is that I can just carry good insurance coverage on each property along with a massive umbrella policy which pretty much should cover anything under the Sun regarding litigation. 

So far I called the health and human services in my county and they said they are out of money and to call back in a month.

It also looks like the pandemic (and the resulting public health measures) have given potential buyers a new sense of urgency, with demand for existing homes so strong that 73% of the homes sold were on the market for less than a month!
