People are attracted to the area during every season and there are a few large festivals that bring large crowds.The restaurant and brewery industry have a solid foundation here which attract people.

No fees was the biggest attraction. 

I mainly was needing help deciding on whether to start a fund or raise equity on a deal by deal basis and where to start raising funds (HNW individuals, RIA/placement agent, Family offices, PE, Institutions) Below are my summary notes.

The main things that come to mind are as follows:1. 

The reason why I began with buy and hold was mainly for cash flow. 

With the lack of movement in our area, it's hard to say whether its worth securing the funds to carry the property through the Winter in the hopes of the market improving in our area and us finding a buyer.Josh - Feedback on the renovations we completed has been positive, with the main suggestions being that it should be under $2m, that the ceilings are low on the ground floor (8ft) and some of the guest bedrooms are a small for the price point. 

This may be a pipe dream financially and if it is would certainly entertain a main building with cottages.

I’m looking for mainly to buy and hold and maybe an occasional flip to help fund my purchases of rental property’s.

Mainly due to price.
