How much should a general contractor charge to allow my company to pull permits for each renovation and how much should he charge per onsite visit to spot check subcontractor work?

I contacted a professional cleaning company, and they said I will have to remove the entire carpet since they are permanent.

You'll typically see them partnered with traditional Self Storage - meaning those Facilities offering Storage Units for folks to store their household treasures AND on-site parking spaces for Boats, RV's, company trucks, etc. 

Has anyone done business with this company?  

If she pursues legal action, I don’t mind going to small claims court.

Since you didn't have anything in your contract beyond the 2 3-month extensions for a point each, i would assume it could be contested legally as far as any additional points that would be paid for the extra time beyond the first 18 months since it's not in writing.

Is there a managing company on green renewable energy on cheap/free land or water, selling electricity per kWh and selling carbon credits, leveraging preferential rate financing and tax reduction for green energy ? 

It doesn't look like it would affect small, private landlords who have 10 or fewer units just big PM companies.
