I've been listening to Cashflow ninja and the real estate guys about the infinite banking concept and I would like to find some first hand knowledge.

Hi BP,I am currently looking for a realtor that has experience and knowledge in the Tallahassee, Florida area.

I'm curious if investors most value experience, trustworthiness, market knowledge, etc. etc.I know all of these would be ideal, but what is MOST important to you?

There is a wealth of knowledge on here regardless of what niche or strategy you choose to employ. 

However, if he wants to persue having her leave prior to the end of the current lease he needs to contact an attorney to make sure he does it in an appropriate and legal way.Has anyone had such an experience or have knowledge of how to handle the situation that can provide advice to me of the best advice to provide to him/them?

For those of you who have been doing this for a long time or have experience/inside knowledge, if you had $100k, where would you put it, spend it, use it at this point in 2018 to grab some great funds or gains? 

Though I haven't worked with his company, he himself seems like a good person as well and was knowledgeable about the industry, professional and diligent.
