It's illegal to ask prospective tenants about criminal histories now in NJ:New Jersey AG’s Office accuses dozens of landlords of discrimination based on criminal record (news12.com)I think this is completely insane but the Attorney General is starting to enforce it.

We are looking at a PCS soon to New Jersey and wow that is a difficult market to break into as well.

I want to cut him off my job and file a lawsuit what steps should I follow in New Jersey also any referrals of the kind of lawyer I need please list thanks.
