Knowledge and money are pretty important in any type of business.Marketing is incredibly important and expensive.

Now if you were bringing me dozens of just incredible leads that I was closing on at a much higher rate than anything else I would consider working out a per lead cost with you.

The lending environment was different, but most of the mechanics are the same.  

As you may have guessed, I've done a good bit of training so I'm big on always defining syntax in a teaching environment.

@Armando Castillo not to doubt you are you saying you have CLOSED on a tape of CA assets at 45 to 65% of TRUE ARV  or  just what they say the ARV is :That would be truly incredible .. out in the mid west Absolutly no problem and you would be over paying by a bunch in many markets at those % numbers... if you have details that would be great.

Even with 4.5 months fabricating, that's still incredible.

I've been to it many times and there is an incredible amount of knowledge that floats around that room.
