I'm looking into setting up my website for my Wholesaling business using "investor Carrot "and came across "REI Pro". it looks like a great system and wanted to know if anyone is using it and what your opinion of it is. 

Is there anywhere on the app that has access to the calculators and forms like the website does?

Real estate taxes owned according to city website is $3k.4.  

@Angela Stevens Since the market is hot agents are busy and are only going to follow up with the hottest and easiest leads.

On the other hand the website it doesnt seem to address anything tied to then leveraging my remaining condos based on the new higher comps created by selling the first 2 condos. 

I took a look on your website and I saw that you eventually transition from turnkey rental to syndications which is great food for thought!

The free forums are great for idea gathering (and yes, this website is supposed to be solely for real estate), but the forum is no replacement for a good professional who knows the full scope of your situation.
