Anyone that dares claiming DMM works, needs to have their heads examined.Before you complain and fight with this statement, answer this single question BEFORE you dispute my claim.If I gave you a field of airplanes, 1000's of them and told you that only 3% would reach your destination, and the rest will crash and burn.

That evil voice  in my head keeps saying - "the worst is yet to come". sometimes I don' trust it.Two parts question- 1.)

That sounds about right.. for whatever reason I could not wrap my head around it as far as a lender approving a loan and also factoring in a borrowed DP etc.

You can buy and rent when a market is headed up a bit, just like a business or a stock that you sell before a market starts to fall.Buy and hold investing is a term that does not make good business sense.

It certainly is a head-scratcher, and something you want to get familiar with before you start screening applicants.  

Looks like some may have to head for off-campus housing.
