hey every one on BP I'm back. since the last time i posted, i've been to 4 REI meet ups in various areas on CT. going to my 5th this Saturday. seen a few recurring faces at a couple of them.

One data point missing from your post is if you are still active duty subject to future PCSs. 

I priced your scenario out as a DSCR loan at 75% LTV with excellent credit and am very close to what you posted, slightly cheaper cost in points.

• 4 apartments renovated just 8 weeks post-closing after buying out existing leases• $33K per unit renovation, achieving 27% ROI• Legacy tenant rents increased 10-20%• $148K capital investment generated 50-60% rental increases• Professionalized property management added What was the outcome?

Read, then re-read his post a few times. 

As I said in another post, I think these cabins should be within 5% of each other and they are nowhere near that close this year.  

How many posts/threads have we had on BP talking about crappy contractors/trades and how its hard to find good help???
