@Bryan Rice- thanks ...I recommend picking one scenario and getting a formal loan pre approval in place ...this will help answer questions / get organized and educated and also insure you have valid financing in place ( assuming you need to use a loan ) ...without the financing component in place - the next steps are harder to accomplich- good luck
