I read Amanda and Matt’s book volume 1 and it was eye opening for me.  

Yet, most people don't give a second though about it, it is happening in front of our very own eyes.

It’s a new area to me so I’ll remain eyes wide open and proceed cautiously. 

It's crazy and it opened my eyes to the opportunity.

They are, however, not accustomed to running a household and are likely to be very gleeful about being on their own, unsupervised, and far from parental eyes.   

I’ve got my eye on a property that’s going to cash flow $800/month after some repairs.
