@Calvin LinHas your HVAC equipment been inspected?

I received a quote and was wondering, since the equipment itself works fine, and adding the insulation will reduce their utility bills by 15-18%/month, does it make sense to ask them what they'd like to do (i.e. ask for some help in the bill) since it's not absolutely necessary to the house?

Two, it's one less piece of equipment I have to keep working.

Landlords: can/have you deducted the cost of equipment used to repair your apartments from security deposits?

I would not provide my own mower/equipment to the tenant.

Latching onto a fee for ten days' use of their own laundry equipment was a source of needless aggravation and for no real gain.

Usually these people have no family or their family is ill-equipped to deal with them. 

Customers have no clue , how much it costs to keep the doors open , purchace trucks and all the equipment to outfit the truck , hire employees , do payroll . office staff . 

Or they are simply ill equipped personally to turn people down.

They are defined as medical equipment by law, NOT pets.
