Since cabinets, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc. have to be upgraded anyways, is there a financial payoff for turning the units into 1 bedrooms - e.g. moving the kitchen wall into a bedroom, creating a design that looks and functions better?

I look around and lady points out some features of house.

Is there an AirBnB search feature or an equivalent STR web site that caters just to fishermen/women? 

There are also a lot of late Work Orders, generally property managers update Resman regularly or is it rather a secondary software that not all features are used?

Matter of fact I have a lot getting cleared this week to try to maximize the septic permit (weather permitting) and I will design, finance and probably start construction in the next 45 days while in a war zone having rocket and motar attacks.
