I have to say, I'm pretty shocked that a company with a business model designed to degrade the quality of two deals at once while filtered money to themselves would be unethical in their execution of this model.Caveat Emptor.

A Mortgage Broker can only be paid upon the delivery of a bona finde mortgage loan and if the loan is to be a QM loan, the gross amount of fees is capped at 3% of loan amount.

I looked at 123Landlord's pricing model and was put off by the fact it is based on both # of tenants and # of properties (which actually means units in their model).

I, personally, favor Equity's model, although full disclosure: I am biased because my company does a good amount of business with their Seattle portfolio.What they are doing currently, is shedding their outlying, sub-urban properties and concentrating on maintaining/upgrading their high-rise, urban core buildings.

:i dont know alot but i would say to these people- lower the cost of your living expenses.you are saying they should work 11 hours labor for $60 and in order to compete with workers that justify the employer's illegal behavior and outdated business model?
