the key to a lease option is to make the consideration...considerable.dal, a thousand bucks is not enough....if you're selling the house for 100k, i'd say 2500 MINIMUM consideration would be okay.

I don't know about the 15 years...I do believe you can get30 year loans.The key to the multiunit is the 6 families. 5 and up is commercial.Also...lenders look to the income from the property itself to helpdetermine the viability of the loan.
