You came into this thread promoting bandit signs like it was #1 and I said there are better methods which there are if you can't see that than maybe you need to stop teaching.I'm not sensitive I gave my opinion and you're the one who gets his panties in a wad so who's being sensitive :roll: I'll say it before and I'll say it again if it works for you cool but as I have read form others it's not as effective as everyone claims it to be it's the truth.

If the tree was dead or diseased AND the landlord knew it then you may have a claim against the landlord.Either way, if you contact your insurance company and their is a possible claim against the landlord or other insurance company they will usually handle it all for you.
