Zillow or Apartments.com may only allow you to list and collect rent as a consumer product for small landlords with maybe 1-3 units. 

Hosts thought guests were getting full refunds.)In some markets, AirBNB does not collect all occupancy taxes.

I think the bigger concern is liability in a very litigious society.We had a number of areas on our properties where water collected. 

I HIGHLY recommend one with a thermal imaging scan to detect moisture collection behind walls and roofs.
