Those “covered perils” usually consists of severe weather, natural disasters and vandalism.

I feel like I need to say something, b/c it will naturally be a part of my description of where the project currently stands.

I thought I would need a few devices/machines to get it out but I actually just aired it out naturally and it was gone within a week.

This is a typicla and standard statement in an offer and the banks should not ever have an issue with it.It takes a day or two to get to yoru bank, order the certified check and next day air it to the bank, so 3 days is certainly within reason.Item #2 - I will not argue that is may have worked for Priscilla in some cases, but I will point out that this is a huge red flag to the bank.

You'll probably need to provide it as a certified check with your offer.

If you disturb so much of a lead based paint area you have to use someone that is certified.

Because of their nature, they don't always match the vesting of real estate.

You state you received several subject-to appraisals certifying the value.
