Especially in Greece you need special assistance to all steps of selecting and finally purchasing the right property in the right location, so in my opinion you need a local professional agent like we do it in HALKIDIKI area under our brand Halkidiki Properties.

AND you must maintain adequate reserves to take care of the disasters that may happen.So my advice- build your equity.Most of my clients fall into the first group above.
