So, is "Never Eat Alone..." a decent audio book candidate in your opinion?

This unit owner bought the condo as a studio, and then converted it to a 2 bedroom unit. 

I’ve spent $50,000 on capital improvements (rental studio attached to house, new deck and kitchen on main house).

When I was a young single woman all I looked for was studios or 1-bedrooms.

Well let me say I didn't read it because I purchased the audio version and listened to the book.

I'm a pro studio and touring musician (drum set) living in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY.

I was thinking I could put a coin operated laundry there or convert it to a studio if and when my income permits.

(Books, Packages with DVD's, Audio CD's, etc.) for $495.

I have enough dollars for some professionals to check the place out, and I have help (realtors, this forum, books, audio cds, etc.)Really the only problem is money..but there's always ways to come up with money if ya try hard enough
