We have a handful of rentals now and looking at upcoming tax sale properties. Would love some info on the process. What happens if you win the bid? Do you own the lien? Title? Need to evict if occupied? Suggestions on...

I ran across this property on an auction site, I really didn't think I was going to win but fate had it and I won the auction.

Eventually the lenders forced a bankruptcy and held a huge bankruptcy auction to recover some of their loan proceeds. 

FYI: I have 3 properties in mind that are all in 3 different stages of "sale": Pre-Foreclosure, Foreclosure and Auction.

It's not clear to me why this house would go up for auction.
