I just wonder if it's a truly meaningful and value-bringing project, or one of those ways politicians energize their constituents by slapping a coat of paint on an old rail line and some parks.

With 1300sqft 3bd townhomes coating over 500K in suburbs, I wonder if we are going to see a leveling off at some point or are these homes going to be closer to a million in a several years.

Type of tenant is critical--are you renting to party-animal 18 year olds who have no prior experience renting property, or are you renting to 28 year old doctoral students who have a track record of responsible tenancy?
