@Nicole Obregon Yes, someone’s past does Not dectate there future , As a landlord I have given people second and third chances with home rentel and they becomw mIdel rentets , I truly hate to hear about landlords who are so harsh on people who have had prior evictions as if they too have never made an error of judgment or bad luck in there lives some landlords are so judgmental there shoes squick when they walk I am so blessed to be a landlord so I can help people get back on there feet again!!!

Having a young family requires a huge amount of time.........if I were in your shoes I'd probably be experimenting with a PM too.

I would at least put that children shouldn't be at the showings and recommend they wear closed-toe shoes.

I don't know all the numbers and I can't predict the future, but I wouldn't hold on if I were in your shoes.
