Life, saftey, or not rocking the boat.The Landlord probably already knows that he is illegally renting out space, but as long as he continues to find people who put up with it, and kicks out those who complain, he never has to do anything.Someone needs to step up and say something.Should probably start looking for a new place to stay either way.
