Upon graduating college ( I am currently a sophomore), my goal is to immediately house hack.

Po'keepsie has two institutions:  the IBM plant and Vassar College. 

Now I have been in talks with a good friend of mine who is attempting to buy a bar in a college town.

I took Accounting in college and was good and am bought Quickbooks for Real Estate Investors which is really good, but just don't have the time to devote to it.

My college dorm had a fire alarm and complete evacuation because of smoke in a kitchen.

My goal is to have my business generating cash flow and to be able to teach my son wholesaling when he returns home from college in August, 2014.I was feeling a little lost until I found this site.

Taxes are brutal there too, but rents seem to be pretty good and colleges around for students.

Although I have a liberal arts degree, I've viewed myself as an entrepreneur since a college internship.I have spent the last few month reading book about the basics of REI, financing, and landlording, as preparation to when I have the funding to starting investing.

I'll start with mine.No house yet, still in college, finishing up one more semester after this.Still learning about flipping, hopefully it won't be to late by time I'm all ready.

Also I paid a Jesuit college thousands of dollars for a BA and have never been able to make more than $30K a year with that degree.
