While I certainly agree that housing prices have generally gone up over time, the vast majority of new landlords pay too much for their property; can't afford the negative cash flow; lose a bunch of money; and are forced out of business.

hi all,i have been looking at purchasing short sale properties in my neighbourhood. when i see listings on MLS and speak to listing agents, i find that they are either very unaccomodating, dont return calls, always say they have other offers and there is no use for me to put in an offer now..etc..i am wondering why all this backlash. is it cause they have to work too much in a short sale and make very less commissions.what would my strategy be here.vik

Moya isn't registered to offer securities, but that is for the authorities to determine, not us.We were forced to go to the authorities and we are also going to be filing a civil suit against him, if only to make this matter public to spare others from the agony that we have had to endure.

Hi all,I suspect my understanding of liens is faulty, otherwise someone else would probably be doing this already:Search county tax rolls (many of which are online) to find delinquent/forfieted tax properties in areas you like.
