However, I did pay the $200 to attend the 3 day seminar of Fortune Builders hosted by Cole Hatter, and can say without reservation that I completely ripped them off!

Also, if you're looking to network with other investors on the south side of the city, @Jeff Valentino hosts a great meet up once a month out in Orland Park.

I made a personal decision to self host as it did open up some doors on customization, being able to integrate with Podio by using webforms (which I use as well).

Then hosting, which cost under $11 bucks, domain name $13 bucks [ibuyhousesinyourcity.com].

@Kevin Carbon and @Troy Fisher host them for Seattle, the Eastside, and Tacoma.
