We make it a priority to always have tenants on 12-month leases for residential with resigning of a lease at the end of the lease period so that we don't have to worry about a host of problems including poor tenants or loosing the ability to increase rent.

I would steer away from any free hosting websites, as you will only have a sub-domain, and it looks unprofessional.I help create websites for real estate investors using Wordpress and responsive themes (optimized for mobile), and my primary experience, beyond being a real estate investor, is with Internet Marketing - Branding, SEO, Content, etc.
