I do believe that it's possible to live off passive income from syndications but amassing the capital needed to generate that kind of income will likely be a gradual process. 

They're fantastic when you need them as opposed to filling a little 1 gallon hopper where the weight is all in your shoulders and wrists from m holding the gun all day.

It also requires returns to be viewed on a weighted time line and if you were to consider the economic impact of opportunity costs missed, many are not doing as well as they should be.So, while a few of us can consider such aspects, it's not worth the analysis.

It can happen with or without excessive currency printing.I seriously doubt hyperinflation will happen anytime soon with the United States Dollar, but I sure wish the US Mint would start minting pure silver and gold coins without a dollar denomination and only the weight and purity in Troy ounces.

If I wanted to get specific, I could have stated the weight of the animal for the small and large sizes.

Any lease worth its weight will have a clause stating that safe temperatures must be maintained at all times to avoid freezing pipes.

I would rather look at this, considering the seller's past history, as a fraudulent sale, predatory dealing and if the same lender was involved a conspiracy to defraud the buyer, that should carry more weight than forcing a sale and paying the outstanding obligation......but that's why the attorneys get the big bucks.All RE is local, it is what the person in the black robe says it is, in a court of equity or at law, which prevails in your state or area???

One thing thats for sure is that economies of scale you can tap into with a real TK provider is reason enough to at least consider and weight the option.  

Obviously both sides of this argument hold weight.
