If you call someone from your local government (land use control board, planning, etc) they should either direct you to a website that has the published information or you could pick up a copy if the info isn't "flown" on the web.Most storage units I've appraised have been taxed as one parcel with the majority of properties being owned in fee simple.

I'd rather not do an entire cash-out refi because I have a much better rate on the property than I could get today.With a 70% LTV planning factor, I'd still have plenty of room for the cash I'm looking for to make the down payment (~125k).Thanks for any help/advice!

You should not calculate that in your review honestly.Curious if you have the cash for that debt why not just pay it off as the interest is probably burning a big hole in your pocketTotally get what you're saying and I plan to pay off my CC debt regardless of this deal; however, they are also asking me to pay off a big chunk of my car loan now which is why the number increased after the rate hike.
