Did you pull the trigger yet?

I called the manufacturer (GE) and was told that the glass in stoves is tested at extreme heat to ensure that it is safe from cracking.  

I am extremely interested in real estate but I don't know where to begin.

Nothing worse than your guts telling you something's wrong, then you pull the trigger anyway.  

@Sue Deng  please take no offense.. however If you do not even understand this basic question.. and folks in foreclosure are under EXTREME duress and stress how is someone like you remotely going to help them.. other than for your own self serving gratification.to come on BP and ask this question just floors me personally.. the blind leading the desperate and this usually leads to those your trying to rip equity form to end up just losing their house. 

Moving past that, what has triggered this post?  

[EXTREME OPTION]The best option I use is, require your PM to provide pictures of repairs needing to be done before it will be approved, and provide pictures after it is done to be paid. 

The eviction issue wasn't a problem because evictions were extremely uncommon, evicted just one tenant in 10+ years.

My initial plan is to learn about the different investment strategies, determine what will work best for me now and in the future, learn some more, and then pull the trigger.
