That being said if you have a good system that keeps the labor to a minimum on that then maybe it's not worth the 50% of rent to have someone else do it for you.I have met a PM that specifically said they would do it that way, but if there was a problem with a tenant you placed then the services provided by the PM to get them out would be charged at an hourly rate.
