It will come with a real mailing address and all mail that you will be receiving  will be either forwarded to you or scanned and emailed.

Those can be scanned in but you have to sign it.  

You can also get a virtual street address from some companies and they will scan you your mail, thatt costs more.

I have researched the virtual mailbox option, but not quite sold on having somebody else opening my mail and send a scanned copy of the mail to me (for an additional fee).
