I had a similar experience went to a 3 day event of a pretty pricey mastermind group.. lots of top players in our industry are members .. price was 25k a year and for some of the folks there that I knew personally and a few I funded their first deals the networking for them was very valuable.. for me other than figuring out the new marketing methods people use there was nothing really new that has not been done before 100's of times .
