They don't want all the fuss of daily updates.Offers are required to be presented, there is zero requirement as to when a seller wants to get around to it.I agree with @Russell Brazil listing agents work for the seller and go by the seller's instructions.

BOTH are great to have but the mastermind keeps me more accountable on the daily tasks I need to accomplish my REI goals. 

I now work in a coporate setting and on a daily basis I cannot conceive how others can sit behind their computers for 8, 9 or 10 hours and not be utterly stricken in the soul of how this is not how we were meant to live our lives.
