Everyone has told me that I’m moving at a breakneck pace.

There is no agenda!

The home went on the market on 10/7/13 and I'm currently sweating, biting my nails, and pacing about as I await a buyer.I love doing my own work on my houses, although I'm reluctantly learning that just because I'm able to do something doesn't mean I should do it.

That is my agenda, to advance others to success in a reputable manner, not only for thier benefit but for the public good as well.

No agenda, just hanging out, talking real estate and life over some drinks and appetizers.

I joined BP to share and learn from veteran investors like your self who hopefully don't have agendas  to take advantage of newbies.

This year I'm on pace to do much better (at least 50k), but as we all know, the self-employed are difficult to lend to.

So the downside is that I will miss the classroom experience, but at my own pace I will absorb and understand everything much better.
