Looking to start a mutually beneficial business relationship?

I figured I have nothing to lose but time, and by seeing my great work ethic, I may be able to establish a great relationship with the investor and could grow into an eventual partner.

Excited to start my journey here with bigger pockets and looking forward to networking and hopefully creating real estate relationships in San Diego or long distance.

It's a great way to build relationships and get ahead in this business.  

It always stresses relationships and seldom makes you money.  

(I hesitate to say partners; the word 'partner' indicates a very specific legal relationship and that is NOT what most co-owners want.

You have to establish relationships with them and that can take time.Give us some numbers on the house.  

We are not good friends but a typical friendly neighborly relationship. 

I am also wondering whether we should seek out wholesale deals, or work with a wholesaler frequently.I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with RE and BP.

As long as the broker has customers like these there is no incentive to take a chance on a new buyer with no track record of closing.If you are looking to create a relationship with an MHP broker I would suggest calling up the most junior broker on the team and meeting with him/her.
