The initial reaction will be to drop out of school for those who's parents lost jobs, didn't want to be there in the first place, etc, but what we usually see is people go back to school to earn a different/higher degree during recessions instead of trying to get into the work force.

I'm planning on going back to college at UNT and getting a degree in finance.

Education is great but sometimes we make ourselves lifelong students and look back and have every degree known to man but no real fruit to show for it.

I am a 21 year old Miami native currently finishing my last year of a finance bachelors degree looking for an assistant/intern job with any real estate company/investor in the Miami-dade area.

I have looked into real estate syndication to some degree, but coming up with investors is a challenge. 

I mainly took it to get out of a lousy retail job that I had seeing that I have a business degree in management.

\Q3: I have 3 degrees, 2 in economics and any degree will not hurt you, but most of real estate is about sales and pipeline growth. 

Im also thinking of going back to school and getting a  degree in finance but that's the last thing on my mind at the moment.Thanks for reading this far.

If no luck, try tipping and shaking the machine about 45 degrees left/right, then forward/back while trying to shake/pull the drawer (two person job).

And may present you with some degree of physical danger and you may need to be armed.....can you handle this lifestyle for a few bucks?
