The majority of the people who are wholesaling the right way are going to do business as usual. 

Same thing for the senior living deal - I've had a bunch of people reach out - I'm not an expert but have been in it a bit - but no one has been willing to come meet me where I live and the business is at.Anyways I've come to the conclusion the apartment deals I'll want to look for I'll be getting Hud or some sort of other non recourse loan and will just do it myself with no one elses money. 

I was wondering if anyone had any contact info to some good realestate agents, CPA's, leaders, LLC cites, contractors, property mangers, or any other resources that would be helpful in setting up a team for my realestate business.

Just remind yourself that you are running a business and let the numbers speak for themselves.

In either case, I would say most lenders will not allow the use of funds if its not for business purpose only and you definitely cannot owner occupy on a DSCR loan.

I'm seeing the same garbage in business brokering too. 

The lender didn't go out of business, YOU are choosing to follow your mortgage guy to a new lender.

I would suggest looking into a business line of credit if you need such little funding.
