I spend the money to buy in high quality neighborhoods with high demand for rentals ... as such I have never once had a good tenant leave because I have raised rent, and if that ever were to happen I would have absolutely no issue replacing them with another good tenant in short order.

If you are using a conventional loan on the second home purchase they will consider the mortgage on the FHA loan, so you will run into issues qualifying with your DTI, unless you have enough income to support both mortgages.

They are as in-expensive as any competing importer and nobody matches their specs in the price range.The plywood is good hard plywood not the typical soft import plywood.Their products meet the California Air Resources Board Phase 2 requirements for formaldehyde emossions which is a huge issue with import plywood.Their finish is a UV cured, water based Benjamin Moore stain just like the American product.
