I want to make this post short and to the point so excuse me if it sounds rushed.I just got my license from the State Department (In PA/Harrisburg) and I wanted to know how I should go about advertising my investors business on bandit signs (all forms of marketing if applicable).I know I must disclose my license when buying; my question is about marketing/lead generation.Do I need to disclose on my bandit sign that I am an agent?

Find another SFR that can cash flow and continue to rinse & repeat.Another part says, get some more info from local investors about their experiences with leasing cabins... how do they get leads, what their returns look like.. etc.Lastly, a good part of me says shut up Abel!

Spray it wet with water, give it a few minutes to soak in, and scrape off.It's incredibly messy so only do it in an empty room, but I saw a DIYer video on YouTube where guy attached a wet vac to his scraper and solved that problem too.
