There are vulture law firms that watch the outcomes of the hearings and send you mailings when you lose implying that your only chance on appeal is to hire them, which is completely untrue.

I don't want to get stuck in analysis paralysis, but I definitely think I have a lot more watching, listening, and reading to do before I have half a clue what path I should take.
