Hi Everyone, If I only have tenant's birthday, driver license number, and phone number, can I still have a collection agency to help me to collect the delinquent rent?

The agent will have access to the biggest platform to get the property sold though, the MLS, so forgoing even a cut rate agent will create more of a loss than the agent fees themselves. 

Plan was to do self storage; then found out the creek that sits a ways back flooded 5 years ago, not in a floodzone but all the locals know so self storage is a tough sell at this point. 

The biggest lesson, which I learned early on: get clear on the type of property you want to buy, then tell everyone over and over again.
